Dining Lodge

Meals are prepared fresh daily and served buffet style, offering both vegetarian and meat entrées. A full salad bar complements the main and side courses, featuring many items including various vegetables, beans, hard-boiled eggs, tofu, yogurt, cottage cheese, and various dressings. Our dining lodge can seat up to 125 guests

Food Preferences and Needs

In addition to the vegetarian entrée option at each meal and the various options on the salad bar, we have almond, soy and/or rice milk alternatives for those who have an intolerance to dairy products. Many of our main entrees are gluten and dairy free. 

If you have life-threatening allergies, please note that Bosch cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamintation between entrees and side dishes on the buffet. While we make an effort to provide a selection that meets most people’s needs, we cannot promise to fulfill every dietary restriction, especially if it is life-threatening. Please feel free to bring supplemental food items which you can hand to kitchen staff upon arrival. They will place them in a plastic bag, mark the items with your name, and keep them stored appropriately in the kitchen – you can ask them to retrieve your items at each meal. 

Regardless of your dietary preferences or allergies, please talk to the chef if you have any concerns about what may be in particular menu items.
